The Prophet (peace be upon him) before his Prophethood, he was known by his truthfulness and being a trustworthy person. Being on a mission calling to God aquired him so much hate, slurs, manipulation, humilation, attacks, and attempts to murder him.
His enemies used every way possible including accusing him of madness and trying to dismantle his community ties and family relationships.
In this Quranic chapter “suratul qalam”, where Allah is affirming the Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) of his good character and excellent state of mind; and reminding him with the great divine rewards in response to the prophet’s disappointment; as his enemies were trying to shame him and attribute him to madness and accusing him of all sort of wrong things. They use tricks and loopholes to prove all the wrong accusations but Allah is by the Prophet’s side telling him, “you’re a person of a great character. You will see who will turn out to be delusional. Allah is most aware of everyone and everyside. Don’t listen to those deniers. They wish that you are soft and fearful with religion so they would find ways to compromise the faith. Don’t obey those who took their oath lightly and those who gossip to dimantle relationships and communities, those who block goodness and those who are sinful aggressors. They will be abondoned and left out.”
I personally find so much solace in seeing how Allah soothed the heart of His beloved Prophet.
Iam amazed how Allah is embodying Divine Care for those we love.
Love and care are not exclusive to times of wellbeing but they should be domenstrated in times of hardshipsas well.
